We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services, or where you have given your consent. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest).
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves to ensure the operation and security of the website and is not combined with other data sources.
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) solely to handle your enquiry. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
We use technically necessary cookies and, only with your consent, optional cookies for statistics, marketing and external content. Details can be found in our Cookie Policy. You can adjust your selection at any time:
Only with your consent (category “Statistics”) do we use Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited, with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode. Without consent, the service is not loaded and no data is transferred to Google. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings.
Map material from Google Maps is only loaded after you have consented to the “External content” category. Only then is data (including your IP address) transferred to Google.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to reflect changes in the legal situation or in our services. The current version published on this page applies.
We use cookies to improve our website. Optional services are only loaded with your consent. Learn more in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
